We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on our website. Please note that returns must be in their original packaging and condition, with the receipt. If the returned item is not in an acceptable condition, it will be refused.

Step 2 | Get Your RMA Number

We review and issue A Return Authorization (RMA) Number if approved. A RMA Number is required for all returns.

Step 3 | Ship It Back

Who Pays for Shipping?

Our Fault: We send a prepaid label.
Your Choice: You pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Step 4 | Inspection for The Return Item

We inspect the returned item in 3 businesss day

3. About Refunds

Receive your refund (back to original payment method) within 5-14 business days after the inspection is qualified.
For personal reason returns, a restocking fee may apply.
